• Namecheap, Inc. — provides web hosting and records server access logs. Data is processed in accordance with Namecheap's privacy policy.
• Google Workspace — used for receiving and managing email correspondence. Google acts as a data processor under our Google Workspace agreement.

We retain contact form data for as long as necessary to manage the business relationship or correspondence, and no longer than three (3) years from the date of submission unless a longer retention period is required by law or legitimate business need.

Server log data is retained for a maximum of 30 days.
